Do you have an "on loan" service?

Yes! We'll mail you octavo samples, collections, and cantatas with performance CDs as available. You may peruse the samples for a two-week period. There is no charge for the service. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you have a Retail Storefront?

When will I receive my complimentary samples?

Mailings to choral customers take place in July and December. If you are an account customer and have not received your mailing by the end of these months, please call 800-665-8995.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders for in-stock items are mailed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Generally we ship via Canada Post or CANPAR. Orders arrive in 3-10 business days depending on the destination. A variety of special services are available to ensure your order is received overnight or within 2-3 days. Prices vary depending upon the service requested.

Orders for non-stock items will be delivered in 2-3 weeks for Canadian and U.S. publications, and 6-8 weeks for European product.
